Make a detailed wish list that includes everything possible regardless of cost. Highlight the items that absolutely must be included in your program. We will give you two cost estimates, one for the entire list and the other only for your highlighted items. The un- highlighted ones are optional and can be factored in once you have established your preliminary budget. If your preliminary cost estimates are well under your proposed budget you can then begin to factor in your optional items.
